Nacl is not a conductor of electricity in solid state whereas it does conduct electricity in aqueous solution as well as molten state.

Nacl is formed in an aqueous state so it conduct electricity only in molten or in aqueous solution and also due to rigid condition the atoms can't move freely so electricity can't be conducted
