Here, NaHCO3 is a Metal Bi-Carbonate.
And we know that there are 2 types of acids. Mainly : Strong and Weak.
And here, CH3COOH IS A WEAK ONE (acid)

Also,
Acid  +Metal Bi-Carbonate ---------> Salt + CO2+ H2O

So,
NaHCO3 + CH3COOH ---> CH3COONa + CO2 (gas)+ H2O
