Given : Nails come in boxes of 100

A shop orders 4,800 nails.

To Find : How many boxes  shop ordered

Solution:

Total Nails Ordered  = 4800

Nails in one Box  = 100

Number of Boxes ordered  = B

Nails in one Box = 100

Nails in B Boxes  = 100B

100B  = 4800

=> B = 48

Hence 48 boxes ordered by shop
