Nakul owns a garment shop. He wants to expand his business but he is confused whether to appoint a manager or go for a partner. which is better and why?

my suggestion is to appoint manager because when a partner is appointed he maintains partner ship in everything and ask his half in every thing such as money but whereas manager is not in that way he can be paid with salary and also gives good ideas

he should appoint a manager. because if he goes for a partner then he have to share the money . if he appoints a manager monthly salary can be given . money can also be saved.
