Answer:

Hey friend

Here is your answer

=3x²-x-4

=3x²-(4-3)x-4

=3x²-4x+3x-4

=x(3x-4)+1(3x-4)

=(x+1)(3x-4)

x+1=0

x=-1

OR

3x-4=0

3x=4

x=4/3

Hope this helps you.

Answer:

#Namaste

3x²+x+4=0

Comparing the above equation with ax²+bx+c=0

a=3 ,b=1, c=4

b²-4ac=(1)²-4×3×4=1-48=-47

Now by formula method,

x=-b±b²-4ac/2a

=-1±-47/6

x=-1+-47/6 or -1--47/6

But I think this equation should be like this,

3x²+x-4=0

3x²-6x+2x-4=0

3x(x-2)+2(x-2)=0

(3x+2)=0 O r (x-2) =0

3x=-2 or x=2

x=-2/3 or x=2
