Liberalisation in India took place in 1991 under the new Economic Policies of India.....

@@ It's silent features are as follows....

** Import quotas that were fixed before Liberalisation has been removed and all were get the freedom to imports...

** Policy of import licensing has been over but defence and hazard goods are existing under licences....

** There were introduced of modernization and it leads competition in market....

** Export duties were finished and the producers were free to export their surplus....

** It became a substantial rise in economic growth...
