Four types of metals are:-
a) ferrous metals:- these are the metal combination of iron with carbon.
b) non-profit ferrous metals:- these are the metals which are used instead of iron for machinery and other equipment.
c) noble metals:- like noble gasses, these metals are less reactive.
d) heavy metals:- metals with high atomic weight and high density.
