If you mean a metal which reacts with all water, acid, and alkali, then there would be I think no such metal. However, if you make powdered Aluminium and use water in the form of Steam then your statement becomes true. Powdered Al will react with steam. Al does react with an acid and also with an alkali.However if you had asked separately then All Alkali metals and Ca, Sr, Ba of group 2 react with water.All amphoteric metals such as Be, Zn, Sn, Ga react with an alkali as well as acid.All metals with negative standard reduction potential will react with dilute acids. (metals above Hydrogen in reactivity series).Hope this helps.
