Multi nucleated cells means any eukaryotic cell having many nucleus in a single cell and also share a common cytoplasm.
This is mainly seen in cells that do multiple reproduction asexually in a quicker time.
A very common example is the case of that of a Plasmodium cell
Plasmodium undergoes the process of multiple fission. Due to this it gets divided continuously inside the cell and also share a common cytoplasm.
After a suitable time is experienced, the cell wall gets bursted and each nuclei will get turned into an individual cell.
