Name a single cell which may constitute a whole organism what are they called

It is understood that a single cell may compose of the complete organism as in Amoeba, Paramoecium, and bacteria. These plants are described as unicellular organisms. An instance of a unicellular organism would be several varieties of algae such as green algae,  Euglena, either prokaryotic plants such as most bacteria.
