Name all the country's where all citizens do not have a right to vote

Answer:The United States of America allows some but not all of its citizens to vote. If it had universal suffrage for citizens, there would be uniform voting eligibility across the nation. As it, the U.S. Constitution does not call for assured voting rights for U.S. citizens. For instance, I am effectively disenfranchised because I am legally blind, a non-driver, and not close to a place where I can get an acceptable voter ID with my photo, and my state legislature passed a voter ID law. We can vote only indirectly for the country’s president and vice-president, selecting members of the electoral college— a clumsy approximation of electing the highest offices in the land. Yes, we are a republic, not a pure democracy, but our voting participation is severely and irrationally restricted.
