Saudi Telecom was the sole provider of telecom and Triple Play services. It was a pure monopoly with high inefficiencies, coupled with cost as high as US$500 per subscriber for last mile access and narrowly focused towards the metro region.

to improve this they should also take in note metro region

for any organization that is lacking its very necessary that it finds out the reason of this lack and then work on it
