Cockroaches cannot fly long distances with it wings.

The answer is cockroaches.

Besides the fact that they have wings, they are not regular fliers. If you scar them off, they can take a small flight but then glide down on land at a small distance.

Wings or no wings cockroaches are the scariest insects i have witnessed in my life.
