5 safty measures used in household electricity circuit are :-

1. Fuse - An electric fuse is a safety device which is used to limit the current in an electric current the use of a switch saved the circuit and the appliance connected in that circuit from being damaged .
2. Switches - A switch is an on-off device for current in a circuit it is connected to the live wire .
3. Earthing - It is essential to provide a good earthing condition for an electric appliances such as a refrigerated geyser electric iron etc which we handle physically . the automatically case of these appliances are provided with terminal on the case the earth wire of the cable is connected to the terminal showing the live in neutral wire of the cable from the Electric Supply connected to the element of the appliance through the insulating blog on it metallic case . the earth wire of the cable is connected to the metallic case of the appliance this helps us when there is more supply of current in the body of the appliance .
4. Shocket- Shocket is figure in an electric current in which the plug is inserted .
5. Do not touch the physical appliances by wet hands. As we know water is a good conductor of electricity if water goes into the live wire connected with our hands it will give the fetal shock.
