Name and explain the figure of speech in phrase 'ruby crowned high rises'.

I'm not acquainted with the poem, but "highrises" are simply tall buildings, and "ruby-crowned" must be a metaphor referring to the tops of the buildings gleaming red (most likely at sunset).
