The six fundamental rights are as follows :-

1. Right to Equality :-

The Right to Equality include equality before the law, the prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, cast gender or place of birth, equality of opportunity is matters of employment, the abolition of untouchability and abolitiin of titles.

2. Rights of Freedom :-

The right to freedom includes freedom of speech and expression, assembly, association, or in union or cooperatives, movement, residence, and rights to practice any profession or occupation.

3. Right against Exploitation :-

The right against exploitation prohibits all forms of forced labour, child labour and trafficking of human beings.

4. Rights to Freedom of Religion :-

The right to freedom of religion includes freedom of conscience and free profession, practice, propagation of religion, freedom to manage religious affairs, freedom from certain taxes and freedom from religious instructions in certain educational Institute.

5. Cultural and Educational Rights :-

The cultural and educational rights reserved the right of any section of citizen to conserve their culture, language aur script and right of minorities to stabilise and administer educational institutions of their choice.

6. Right to Constitutional remedies :-

The right to constitutional remedies is present for enforcement of fundamental right.
