a) and e) Louis Pasteur was a French biologist, microbiologist and chemist, who discovered the principle of vaccination, microbial fermentation. He also developed pasteurization in 1864 to improve the keeping qualities of wine. He also created the first vaccines for rabies and anthrax. He is properly known as the " Father of microbiology ".
b) Alexander Fleming discovered penicillin in 1940 from which the era of antibiotics began. Antibiotics are the compounds that produced by bacteria and fungi which are capable of killing, or inhibiting, competing microbial species.
c) Edward Jenner introduced small pox vaccine. His observation is followed from the milkmaid who had previously contracted a disease called cowpox and he didn't later catch small pox because that inoculated cowpox protected against inoculated small pox.
d) Robert Koch was a German physician, who identified the bacterium that caused the anthrax disease. He discovered that the bacteria formed spores that able to survive for very long periods of time and in many different environment.
