FLEMING'S LEFT HAND RULE .
IF WE HOLD OUR LEFT FINGER AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE MIDDLE FINGER FOREFINGER AND THUMB FINGER . THEN THE DIRECTION IN WHICH THE FOREFINGER POINTS IS THE MAGNETIC FIELD ,AND THE MIDDLE POINTS IN THE DIRECTION OF CURRENT AND THE DIRECTION IN WHICH THUMB POINTS IS THE FORCE OR MOTION.

Hope you understand !
