I love it the most ..

preparation of curd .( in dairy )
☺ they will first remove the fats in the milk ..
☺ then this fats will be semi liquid. .
☺ later this fats are addicted with either microbes like bacteria or will be added with lemon juice. .
☺ but offenly microbes are added because the curd will taste sour if lemon juice is added. thus microbes are added. .
☺ then after microbial action for about 8 to 10 hours the sweet curd will be ready. .
☺ and at last even preservatives are added to prevent spoiling of curd..
☺ yummy curd will reach our homes..
