The main three human factors for the location of the industry is as follows:

  • Closeness to market: Once the product is been developed in the industry is has to be sold in the market, if the location of the market is far away from the market then the cost of transportation to the market will affect the price of product or the profit of the industry.
  • Labour and Transport Facilities: There should be a proper road ways or any other means of transport for the movement of goods or to bring in the raw material. And there should be labour facilities in the area for working in the industry.
  • Finance, banking, insurance services: There should be proper services from the government and the bank for the proper function of the industry.
