The two genetic disorders that affect the musculoskeletal system are- i) Achondroplasia – It is a disorder that occurs when the growth of fibroblast initiates the change in DNA causing abnormality in formation of cartilage.
The symptom includes- short- height; ii) Osteogenesis imperfecta- It occurs when the deficiency of proteins connects with the CRTAP, PPIB and other collagens by the mutation process in encoding gene.In this disorder, bones become fragile and fractures occur.
