We adopted many of materials of other democracies which are suitable for our cirumstances and aspirations.

Let’s move with these 11 bags of borrowings. The democracies are as follows.

UK : We adopted parlimentry form of Govt. and Bicameral legislature(lok sabha and rajya sabha). President is the constitutional head, cabinet & the prime minister.

Canada : Federal structure with having strong centre and residuary power in the centre.

Australia : Concurrent List. Trade and commerce.

Ireland : Directive principles of state policy. Nomination of person having experience in science or fine arts to Rajya sabha.

USA : Some of the Fundamental rights, Powers of Prez. Duties of Vice Prez and most important independence of supreme court.

South Africa : Amendment of the constitution.

United Nations : Premeble of Constitution which is based on the model of American Declration of Independence.

Canada : Single Citizenship policy and advisory of Supreme court.

Russia : Fundamental duties.

Atlast most impressing adoptions are,

Italy : Formation of alternate govt.

Germany : Emergency provisions.
