Well I think Pancreas is the only exo-endocrine gland in the body.

It secretes Glucagon and Insulin into the blood stream without any duct..... it's the endocrine part

Pancreas also secretes digestive juices into the duodenum via the pancreatic duct...... it's the exocrine part
