Spindle fibres are microtubules aggregate which functions in pulling the spindle chromosome during the process of cell division in both animal cell and plant cell. Microtubules are protein filaments that resemble hollow rods which constitute the basic elements of a spindle fibres. Spindle fibers are portion of the spindle apparatus, which moves chromosomes during mitosis and meiosis which results that each daughter cell gets the correct number of chromosomes after cell division.
