India is located in the Northern Hemisphere. The main land extends between latitudes 8°4'N and 37°6'N and longitudes 68°7'E and 97°25'E.
India is 11.5 hours ahead of United States. Because India USA are on the opposite sides of the Earth. Thus, when it is day time for India it will be night for USA.

so the anwer that a country in which day and night occur in parts is india and america.
