There are two types of Vitamins. They are:
1.Water soluble vitamins- these are not stored in the body and need to be replenished daily. Human body takes the essential vitamins from our food. Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, H.
2.Fat soluble vitamins- these are stored in the fat cells, so require fat daily to be absorbed. Vitamins A,D,E and K.
