Explanation:

→Non essential fatty acids

•Fatty acids that the body cannot synthesize and these are called essential fatty acids. Fatty acids are carboxylic acids (or organic acid), often with long aliphatic tails (long chains), either saturated or unsaturated. For that particular animal, fatty acids which can not be synthesized in the body are called essential fatty acids. The three fatty acids are synthesised in the animal body are Linoleic, Linolenic and Arachidonic acid and these are examples of essential fatty acids.

Nonessential fatty acids are the other type of fatty acids the body can synthesize, either through various biochemical reactions. Example arachidic acid, stearic acid, palmitic acid, etc

→Essential fatty acids

•Essential amino acids cannot be made by the body. As a result, they must come from food.

•The 9 essential amino acids are: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.
