Factors of Soil Formation :
------------------------------------------------------
Relief, parent rock, climate , vegetation and time are important factors in soil formation. Various forces of nature, such as change in temperature, amount of rainfall, Humidity, action of running water, wind, and activities of decomposers contribute to the Formation of Soil.
• Climate : Rainfall and temperature influence rate of humans and weathering .
• Organisation : i.e :- Microorganisms and vegetation affect the rate of humus formation.
• Relief : Altitude and slope determine the accumulation of Soil.
• Parent Rock : It determines , colour, texture, chemical properties, mineral centent and permeability of Soil.
• Time : It determines thickness of Soil profile.

Hope it will help you☺
factors leading to formation of soil layers:
wind - when wind blows it takes away with it particles like sand , dirt , dust , small grains of rocks and pebbles which settles on the land when it rains.
weathering of rocks - when weathering of rocks(breakdown into smaller fine particles) takes place it also forms a layer on land.
climate , water , many organic materials , minerals etc also form layers in soil.
hope this helps u buddy!! and if it does then plz mark it brainliest!!
