Albrecht's four common types of stress are:
Time stress.
Anticipatory stress.
Situational stress.
Encounter stress.

Four general types of stressors include major life changes, catastrophes, everyday problems, and environmental problems. A major life change would be something like moving, a catastrophe would be like a hurricane or twister, an everyday problem could be the need to do school but you dislike it, and an environmental problem could be going into a crowded restaurant and you’re the only one wearing a mask.
