Qutbuddin Aibak was employed as a Mohammad Ghauri representative in Northern India.

         Muhammad Gauri's three prominent confidants Tajuddin Yaldos, Nasiruddin Kubacha and Qutbuddin Aibak.

          Although Gauri did not choose his successor. After the sudden death of Gauri, Yaldoz was given Gajani, Kubacha to Sindh and Multan, and Qutbuddin Aibak, who was then working as its representative in northern India, received the territories of northern India.

             It was a spacious area that excluded Sindh and Multan and included all the squares of the Indian Empire of Gauri. It included the Sialkot, Lahore, Ajmer, Jhansi, Delhi, Merath, Coal (Aligarh) Kannauj, Benaras, Bihar and Lakhnouti's areas.
