Normally presentations are prepared in the MS Powerpoint but the video and audio file inserted here should be of appropriate format.
Audio files:
You can use the file format of ".wav" as well as the '.wmv' . Just in case of you have the latest version of powerpoint .m4u file are recommended along with the encoding of AAC audio. While .mp3 can also be supported.
Video files:
The most common file format supported by the powerpoint is ".wmv" but here you can also use the .mp4 files again with encoding of audio AAC
