In plants Auxin is growth hormone which is synthesized at shoot tip. In humans or in man growth hormone is synthesized in Pituitary glands which is present just below the brain.

In humans, the growth hormone is made up of the pituitary gland that helps in controlling the hypothalamus of the brain.
Whereas in plants the growth hormone is secreted by auxin and is synthesized near the tip of the shoot and root.
