Naphthalene has a physical property called sublimation due to which it sublimes or volatile naturally at room temperature in to air.

But sodium chloride, NaClhas no sublimation property.

By the way, naphthalene is a solid as well as in vapour form at room temperature.

Naphthalene has insect repellent property and used as moth balls.

One proper which Naphthalene have but NaCl don't have is the property of \bf{Sublimation}.

Where which Napthalien can sublime easily which is not possible in NaCl.
