The most famous artificial satellite has to be the first—the former U.S.S.R's Sputnik 1, which was launched October 4, 1957. Well, there is the ISS (International Space Station), the Hubble Space Telescope, Spitzer, Kepler, and after 2018, James Webb Space Telescope. And don't forget the Iridium Satellites.
