Cash crops are usually grown not for family or domestic consumption and more by keeping in mind the profit that they bring in . Cash crops can be of many types for example, tea, coffee , cotton, etc.

These are usually exported,-

• Tea is grown on hilly regions along slopes and they require a cool climate.
• Coffee on the other hand grows on sub tropical regions and requires a sub tropical region with high altitudes.
• Cotton requires Constant temperatures between 18 and 30° and ample sunshine and fairly dry conditions.
