here is your answer!!
.....here are some chemical food preservatives..
1.) Sodium Benzoate (C6H5COONa)
...it generally used in soft drinks or acidic foods .but it use less bcz it metabolised in huppuric acid(C6H5CONHCH2COOOH)
...2.)salts of sorbic acid(C6H8O2). and propanoic acid....
3) Sodium Pyrosulphait also used in sauce, jams , pickels etc..........it's working is bcz of SO2
Which gives H2SO3 when reacts with water.........it prevents yeast bacteria and molds...!!!!
