Overall, Sperm constituents are as follows:

1)  2-5 % Sperm or spermatozoa .

2) 65-75 % seminal vesicles secretions (It include fructose, amino acids, and citrate etc).

3)25-30% Prostate gland secretions(like Zinc, Acid phosphatase, Citric acid).

Semen is actually an organic fluid which may also contain spermatozoa. It is produced from "Seminal vesicle". The process through which semen is discharged is known as "Ejaculation".
