Natural barrier as well as the immune systems defends the body against the organisms and it can lead to cause the infection.

The natural barrier here which works all time to prevent body from infection is our immune system.

This is actually not secreted or you can say it is present inside us from birth which develops as per time.

Since, in infants this is done by thymus.
