✨ Try to eat your favourite food, like- Ice cream or cake etc.

✨ Express yourself through music or arts.

✨ Visit garden or park to relax yourself.

✨ Play with your pets.

✨ Don't disturb by others.

✨ Watch some motivational movies or song.

✨ Try to spend your time with others, but don't forget 'Myself Time'.
