The answer is following,

The academy would be named Shaheed Chandra Shekhar Vikalang Khel Academy. The state motto allotted ₹200,000 from the sports budget for the creation of this academy. It was a sports academy for the physical change and rehabilitation. Arumina came up with this idea. She was the first woman who climbed the Mount Everest and had a severe knee injury the treatment of which cost a fortune. She didn't want this to happen to other fellows which is why decided to work for the better physical training and medical center for other sportsmen.
