Afferent arteriole is the blood vessel which enters malignant capsule and efferent arteriole is the blood vessel which leaves malpighian capsule.

Explanation:

There is a basic difference is present between efferent and afferent arteriole. Afferent arteriole sends blood to the glomerulus and at the same time the efferent arteriole sends blood out from the glomerulus. The afferent arteriole's diameter is larger than the efferent arteriole whereas the width of the efferent arteriole is smaller than the afferent arteriole.
