Answer:

Manyakheta

Explanation:

  • Manyakheta, also known as contemporary Malkhaid or Malkhed, is the location of a former city in the Indian state of Karnataka, some 135 kilometres (85 miles) southwest of Hyderabad. The Rashtrakuta king Amoghavarsha I established the city, which later served as the dynasty's capital.
  • Between the sixth through the tenth centuries, the regal Indian dynasty known as Rashtrakuta ruled over a sizable portion of the Indian subcontinent. The earliest known Rashtrakuta inscription describes their reign from Manapura, a city in Central or West India, and dates to the seventh century.
  • Siyaka, the king of the Paramara, ransacked it in 972. The Chalukyas took control of it after the dynasty collapsed the next year, and they used it as their capital for a while. It never recovered its previous splendour after that and was reduced to the status of a hamlet.
