Hello Dear.

Here is the answer---

→→→→→→→→→

The Celestial Body which causes the Change in the Weather is the Sun.

Reason--- The Energy which the Earth Receives from the sun is the main cause of the Changing Weather.

Due to the apparent movement of the Earth around the Sun, Earth Experiences Day and Night. During the Day, the Sun Provides the Sunlight which in turn increases the Heat of the Earth thus causing the Low Pressure on the Earth. Similarly, High Pressure is also created on the other hemisphere of the Earth, which in turn Brings the Rainy Weather to some part of the Earth.

Seasons on the Earth also changes, due to the apparent movement of the Earth around the sun. When the Earth came to the Sun ,i.e.Perihelion, the Earth Experiences  Summer, whereas the southern Part experiences Winter.

Similarly in the Case of the Aphelion, when the Earth is away from the Sun, the earth experiences Winter.

Thus, Sun is the Major cause of the change in weather of the Earth.
Summer and Winter also Depends upon the Tilted Position of the Earth.

Hope it helps.

Have a Marvelous Day.

HI, interesting question.

The first thing you need to know here is that Celestial bodies are bodies outside the planet Earth.

Other than the Sun, on other celestial body has an effect on Earth, hence, Sun is the body causing the weather change.

As the Sun is very powerful, it causes day and night, similarly it regulates the water content on the Earth.

For example, more heat means more evaporation hence more rain, this is how it works.

Hope I answered your question in simple words. Thank you.
