it depends that your blood is too alkaline or too acidic if your blood is too acidic you can use bases like patassium hydroxide , aluminium hydroxide and those chemicals which is basic in nature or if your blood is too alkaline then you can use something which is acidic in nature like venegar, because presence of both bases as well as acid neutralise each other , so that the blood can be maintained.
