The circular opening enclosed by iris is pupil. it has cloudy or pale color typically this has lens of eyes and it is located directly behind.
Also become right opaque which is due to formation of cataract.
On the other hand the cloudly lens is well replaced by the clear intraocular lens at the time of the cataract surgery and it is basically black appearance of pupil restored in the fine manner.
