✴✴Xylem and phloem tissues are called Complex tissues as they are made up of more than one kind of cells having common origin and work together as a unit and help in conduction.....✴✴

Xylem components :
➡Tracheids
➡Vessels
➡ Xylem fibres
➡Xylem parenchyma

Xylem components work together in transportation of water and minerals from root to the plant parts..

✔Transport in Xylem is Unidirectional.

Phloem components :
➡Sieve tube elements
➡ Companion cells
➡Phloem parenchyma
➡Phloem fibres

Phloem components work together in transportation of food materials from leaves to the plant parts....

✔ Transport in Phloem is Bidirectional.

✔✔PHLOEM is the complex permanent tissue where the materials (food materials) flow in both the directions.

✔✔The transport in Phloem is Bidirectional.

✔✔ The Living components of Phloem tissue are Sieve tube elements, Companion cella and Phloem parenchyma....

here is your answer ⬇️⬇️

there are two types of complex permanent tissue

☆ XYLEM

➡️ Xylem helps in conduction of water and minerals.

➡️ The flow of material is mostly unidirectional.

➡️ Xylem consists of tracheids, vessels, xylem parenchyma, xylem fibres.

➡️ Conduction elements of xylem are tracheids and vessels.

➡️ out of four elements of xylem , only xylem parenchyma is living, rest three are dead.

☆ PHLOEM

➡️phloem helps in conduction of food materials and organic solutes.

➡️ The flow of material is bidirectional.

➡️ phloem consists of seive tubes , companion cells, phloem parenchyma, phloem fibres.

➡️ conducting element of phloem is seive tubes.

➡️ out of four elements of phloem only phloem fibres are dead, rest three are living.
