majority of gases present in air are, Nitrogen (78%), Oxygen (21%), Argon (1%) and minor of other gases like, CO2, Hydrocarbons etc

-183 (Oxygen) -186 (Argon) -196 (Nitrogen)

These gases are separated by cryogenic distillation process where at the bottom you get pure oxygen, at 1/3rd portion of distillation column you get Argon rich zone which is further distilled using several distillation columns (because of boiling point of Argon and Oxygen is too near), and at the top of column you get Nitrogen. By this way, air components can be collected.
