Well… “constituents” is a bit of a vague term to use, although I guess it does invite a wider range of possible answers. I’ll answer this the Hermetic way:

There are three primary constituent aspects to our universe (or any universe, really). These are information, energy, and structure.

Information can also be referred to as data, intelligence, consciousness, or mindstuff. Energy can also be referred to as work, change over time, or, in its latent form, fuel. Structure can also be referred to as form, substance, or, in physical contexts, matter.

These 3 foremost aspects or “Principals” are never found completely separate from each other, nor can they be made completely separate through artifice.

All other things that someone might consider to be constituents of the universe are guaranteed to be composed of some degree of mixture of the above 3 “proto”-constituents.
