There are many countries of the world which face the foundational challenges as we can take example of our neighboring country pakistan .In 1999 General Parvez Musharraf led. against a democratically elected government. Pakistan had election. Even after the election Pakistan could not be called a democratic country because the elected ruler were not given the right to take the decisions. The final decision were in the hands of General Parvez Musharraf who was not elected by the people.
