if eye ball is too long person is suffering from myopia and if eye ball is toosgort person is suffering from hypermetropia ciliary muscles are relaxed when u focus on distant object so that focal length has max value and ciliary muscles are strained when u focus on a nearer object to get min value of focal length of eye lens
